1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by TAX CHECK PRO LTD (Company No: 16573087), with registered address, 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP1 1RJ. By using our No Win No Fee services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Tax Check Pro Ltd provides tax support services including but not limited to PAYE Tax Refund Eligibility Checks, Employment Expense Claims (P87) and National Insurance & HRP Reviews.

3. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply all necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Not engage another agent for the same claim

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee is 30% (inclusive of VAT) of any successful tax refund obtained. No fee is payable if the claim is unsuccessful. The fee becomes due upon receipt of the refund from HMRC. We reserve the right to deduct our fee before transferring the remaining balance to you.

5. Authority to Act

By signing our engagement form, you authorise Tax Check Pro to act on your behalf with HMRC, access your tax records, submit claims, and receive correspondence regarding your tax affairs.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the success of any claim. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice. If a claim has already been submitted and subsequently succeeds, our fee remains payable. A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of engagement.

8. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
